Summary
AGA-ALZAR-PRONADIAL is a multisite project with data collection sites located across Argentina. It was developed to identify genes for susceptibility to sporadic AD and genes that modify phenotypes related to AD. Total of 905 individual aged 65 or older (AD: 419; controls: 486) were included from 2013-2018. Recruitment is still ongoing. Type of data: cognitive status, gender, age, MMSE, genetic data of TREM2, PLCG2, and ABI3 rare coding variants. APOE genotype is available in 87.6% of subjects.
